Shipping & Returns
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment confirmation is issued. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance after placing your order.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, customers must email us with their order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
